Mouse on a Stick! allows you to control your mouse pointer with any DirectInput-compatible input device.
Gamepads, joysticks, pedals - you name it.
Mouse on a Stick! is currently in Beta. This means there are almost certainly a few bugs in it. Please email any bug reports, comments, feature requests,
etc. to codevis@codevis.com. Also, please remember that this is free software, and you are using
it at your own risk.

Mouse on a Stick! has a pretty simple interface. There are three buttons, and a bunch of menu options that
allow you to configure its behaviour. You'll also notice that there are lights along the bottom of the
interface - these will turn red if a mouse button is pressed, and are numbered from left to right (button 1
is far left, button 12 is far right).
The Buttons
- Calibrate - Brings up the Windows configuration dialog for the selected input device.
- Disable - Prevents Mouse on a Stick! from sending mouse messages until untoggled.
- Help! - Brings up this help window in your favorite (or at least, default) browser.
The Options
- Input Device - Click on the menu to select what joystick, game pad, or other menu device you wish to use.
- Sensitivity - Sets the speed the mouse moves as a result of joystick movements.
- Threshold - Sets the amount the joystick must move before the mouse pointer is moved at all.
- X-Axis - Selects the joystick axis to use for the mouse's X (horizontal) axis.
- Y-Axis - Selects the joystick axis to use for the mouse's Y (vertical) axis.
- Wheel Axis - Selects the joystick axis to use for scrolling.
- Left Button - Selects the button to be routed to the mouse's left button.
- Middle Button - Selects the button to be routed to the mouse's middle button.
- Right Button - Selects the button to be routed to the mouse's right button.
- Double Click - Selects a button that, when clicked, will double click the left mouse button.
- Cycle Sensitivity - Selects a button that, when pressed, will cycle through Sensitivity settings.
- App Cycle Button - Selects a button that, when pressed, will bring up the ALT-TAB menu. While holding down this button, you can press the buttons you selected for Left button and Right button to scroll through the app list.
- Center Mouse - Selects a button that, when pressed, will center the mouse on the active window.
